If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist with your return requests.

Online Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases made through are valid for an exchange or refund request within 30 days from the ship date. All return items must be received by us within 2 weeks of request approval. A return form will have been provided with your items. The return form will contain dates that specify your return window to return your merchandise by mail.

Please follow instructions below to get return process started.

  • Step 1. Click "Return Center" under customer care section on the Sophie & Hailee website or click here.
    To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you in your confirmation email and the email address you provided during your purchase.
  • Step 2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Step 3. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a return shipping label.
  • Step 4. Please use the return shipping label provided.

When sending a return, we recommend that you send it using the Smart Label sent to your email. Simply pop the label on the outside of your return package and drop your package at a USPS Office wherever you find it most convenient. No extra postage is required. A flat fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 10-14 working days for your refund to process.

Returns of $350 or more in aggregate for a single order will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

Any returned items that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage, and/or missing tags will be refused. All sale and clearance items are deemed FINAL SALE.

Returns may take 5-10 business days to process. Once the return has been approved, an exchange or refund will be processed. Please note, refunds may take 10 to 14 business days to post back into your account.

Orders with free shipping are eligible for a full refund within timeframe guidelines, however the $7.95 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund if the updated total after returns falls below the minimum order total to qualify for free shipping.


All eligible returns must be accompanied by a return form, the original invoice and with any original tag(s) attached. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Store Returns & Exchanges

Store purchases can only be returned to the store for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by original receipt or gift receipt. All sale items, accessories, and intimates are deemed FINAL SALE.

Form of valid ID required for store exchanges or returns. If you do not provide your driver's license or other acceptable ID, we may refuse your return.

Online and in-store prices may vary. Price adjustments and refunds will not be authorized.

BOGO Returns Disclaimer

To be eligible for a BOGO Sale Refund the following conditions must be met:

  • BOTH the purchased item and the BOGO item must be returned.
  • ALL items MUST have the original tags and packaging and must not show signs of wear.

  • Extended Holiday Return Policy

    Items purchased online or in stores between Nov 15th and Dec 24th may be returned by Jan 15th or 45 days after purchase, whichever is later. For online orders returned by mail, items must be received at our facility by Jan 15th or 45 days after purchase, whichever is later.
